2. Products & Authenticity
- We sell curated vintage, pre-owned, and premium clothing. Every item is inspected, cleaned, and graded by our team before listing.
- Product descriptions, condition grades, and photos are provided in good faith, but vintage and pre-owned items may show characteristics of age and use consistent with the stated grade.
- Each piece is unique and available in limited or single quantities. We reserve the right to remove any item from sale at any time.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices include neither sales tax nor shipping unless expressly stated.
- Submitting the checkout form creates an order request, not a completed sale. No payment is collected on the Website at this time. We confirm availability, then follow up by email with a formal quote and a secure payment link (card, ACH, or invoice).
- An order is confirmed only when our team accepts the request and issues a payment link, and the order is complete once payment is received and verified.
- We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues. Any amount paid for a canceled order will be refunded in full.
4. Shipping
- We ship from the United States to U.S. addresses. International shipping is handled case by case on request.
- Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided in the quote email. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will keep you informed.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect packages on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Your Responsibilities
